04.03.2010 Association supports Regional Chapters

All Regional Chapters have had the opportunity since recently to submit applications to the Association of Scholarship Holders and Friends of the Baden-Württemberg-STIPENDIUM. The Association hopes to support the activities and work of the Chapters through this. Two representatives of the Regional Chapter Stuttgart took part in the meeting of the Board of Management of the Association of Scholarship Holders and Friends of the Baden-Württemberg-STIPENDIUM on 5 February 2010. This looked at ways in which the Association could support the RCs. Two specific projects were decided on - with €1000 allocated for a workshop and €300 for an excursion. The RC Stuttgart received more than €1000 funding for an "Intercultural Communication" workshop. The Regional Chapter Budapest is planning an excursion to Pécs, European Capital of Culture 2010. The Board of Management of the Association will be providing €300 to help cover the travel costs for the excursion.
