Program Line for Vocationally Qualified People
The Baden-Württemberg-STIPENDIUM for vocationally qualified individuals offers fundings for suitably qualified young people to work or gain access to further training in Baden-Württemberg, Germany.
To qualify you need to have completed a recognised programme of vocational training which could be:
- an apprenticeship
- higher National Diploma
- a degree in a skills-based area
- a similar non academic qualification
A placement in Baden-Württemberg can benefit you in many ways:
- Getting to know new service concepts, new working styles and foreign management styles
- Receiving new ideas and impulses, in order to develop yourself personally or to move towards self-employment
- Improving your german-language skills
- Improving your professional qualifications
- Getting to know a different country and a different culture
- Making new contacts
Trainees from abroad can:
- Bring new techniques to the operations
- Bring suggestions for service concepts or customer orientation
- Initiate new business contacts abroad
When they return home, trainees who have been abroad can:
- Contribute the experience they have gained
- Develop and nurture business contacts abroad through the improvement in their german-language skills and their cultural knowledge
- Work more independently
