The Walter-Hallstein-Programme as part of the Baden-Württemberg-STIPENDIUM provides international students at Master’s level with scholarships for international working stays in public services. As part of the working experience, scholars work on specific topics in the European context that are relevant for the future. By contributing to international networking, the programme aims at strengthening the European idea and European-wide cooperation.

Here, you can find a list of possible topics you as a student may work on within the programme:

·         Sustainable mobility
·         E-Government
·         Services for citizens
·         Impacts of demographic change for communal development
·         Local supply in rural areas

The following types of students are eligable for scholarships:

·         Students from Baden-Württemberg (Outgoings)

·         International students (Incomings)

Scholarships can be granted for a time period between 2 – 11 months. It is important to note that the scholarship will only be granted to students, who  plan to do compulsory internships as part of their Master’s degree. Applications can be handed in until the 28th of April 2018 per Email.
