The BW-STIPENDIUM provides financial support for university students at Baden-Württemberg institutions (or for international students to study at a university in Baden-Württemberg) who want to study abroad.

The Regionale Entwicklungspolitische Komponente (REK - Regional development policy components) of the BW-STIPENDIUM provides full or partial funding for university students from African, Caribbean, and Pacific nations (called the ACP states) and from the least developed countries (LDC) to study abroad.
BWS Film production
The Baden-Württemberg-STIPENDIUM for studying at film production sites abroad is directed towards students at the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg in Ludwigsburg.
BWS plus
As part of the Baden-Württemberg-STIPENDIUM for university students, BWS plus supports new and innovative cooperative projects between universities in Baden-Württemberg and universities abroad.
Walter-Hallstein programme
The European line of the Baden-Württemberg-STIPENDIUM for administration and a unified Europe. The Walter-Hallstein programme funds internships and joint projects by official agencies and governmental authorities.
BWS for professionals
Young professionals from Baden-Württemberg and abroad can receive funding through the Baden-Württemberg-STIPENDIUM to complete an internship or continued training programme during an international stay.
